Summer is nearing an end and we need to celebrate. Whether you are heading out on your last road trip before you go back to work and school. Or you and organizing your home to make things easier for the fall months that are coming. A summer party is a must to celebrate the beginning of a new chapter. This Ice Cream Charcuterie summer party idea is just one of the great ways to celebrate the end of summer. Creating a yummy cocktail and some fun games will make your party perfect.
Ice Cream Charcuterie
This was so fun to put together. I made a list of all my favorite ice cream toppings, cones, and extras, and just grabbed some vanilla and chocolate ice cream. You can add other flavors of ice cream too. Did you know that Blue Bell Ice Cream said vanilla ice cream is the number one selling ice cream for them.
Items Needed
- Ice Cream Of Your Choice – I got the mini Blue Bell Ice Creams
- All The Toppings You Want
- Fudge
- Caramel
- Butterscotch
- Hard Chocolate
- Whipped Cream
- Sprinkles
- Marshmallows
- Chocolate Chips
- Ice Cream Cones – I got 4 different kind
- Spoons
- Ice Cream Scoop
- Small bowels
- Big Board or Container
- Krinkle or Tissue (To raise the items in the container)
Directions
- Place the sprinkles and other toppings in the small bowels.
- Place all the toppings and cones on the board or in the container.
- You can add small bags of ice to place the ice cream on, or just place it in the container.
- Add decorations or anything else you want to jazz it up.
Summer Berry Cocktail
A summer party isn’t complete without a great cocktail. This summer berry cocktail is a must for any summer party. I can also be made as a mocktail by taking out the vodka. Very refreshing, and healthy, and perfect for those summer dieters.
Items Needed
- 1 oz Enchanted Rock Vodka
- Small Bottle of Club Soda
- Fruit – Berries, Limes, Mint
- Ice
Directions
- Place ice in glass.
- Place a handful of fruit in the glass, and a sprig of mint.
- Add 1 shot of Enchanted Rock Vodka
- Pour the club soda in the cocktail until the glass is full.
Summer Fun Games
Summer fun games are one of my favorite things to create because you can grab things from around your home and create fun for everyone. These 3 games were all made with things I use daily in my home. Plates, cups, and paper towel rolls are perfect for creating a lot of fun.

Balloon Tennis
Items Needed
- Balloons
- Paper Plates
- Deco Art Paint
- Sponge Brush
- Popsicle Sticks
- Craft Glue Or Hot Glue
Directions
- Paint 2 paper plates and a popsicle stick in whatever colors and design you would like.
- Glue the popsicle stick to the paper plate.
- Let everything dry.
- Blow up the balloon and toss back and forth.
