Easter is one of the most celebrated and cherished holidays and I’m super excited to partner with Catholic Central to celebrate this time of new life and transformation. How does your family celebrate Easter?

How Does Your Family Celebrate EasterHow My Family Celebrates Easter

Every Easter we would decorate Easter eggs the night before. Everyone would get a new outfit, an Easter basket and we would hunt for Easter Eggs after Church. Our Easter outfit was to be worn to church, and we would have brunch right after church was over.

Now That The Kids Are Older

Now that the kiddos are older, we start with church, and then head to one of my sister-in-laws house for Easter brunch, and an egg hunt for the adults. We usually play a few games, and eat a lot of chocolate.

Creating New Traditions

Creating new Easter traditions are a lot of fun, and can be carried on from generation to generation. I love this picnic basket that was given to me by Catholic Central, and you could win one just like it. Start a new tradition this year when celebrating Easter by taking your family on a picnic after church.

Baking For Easter

I always love baking a new recipe for Easter. Whether it is an elaborate dessert, or a brunch side item, I love knowing the family will enjoy whatever I make.
