Anna, the owner of Beauty and the Beef, asked me if I would like to work with them on a giveaway. Yes please, of course, I would love to share their giveaway. She sent me some of their ground beef, and I was hooked. I love how they ship it frozen in 1-pound tubes. And let me tell you, it took 2 days to get here, in this Texas 100-degree weather, and it was still frozen. She has this shipping thing down. If you know anything about me, you know I love to eat meat, I just don’t like to touch it. Which is why I love that the meat comes in tubes that I can just cut open and put into a bowl. Though for this recipe, I did have to touch it, I tried to use my meat gadget, but it just didn’t work. I had to get my hands in there and mix it up. Yep, I washed my hands about 10 times right after that. This recipe is so easy, anyone can make it.
- 2 Pounds Beauty and the Beef Ground Beef
- 1 Pkg Stuffing Mix – Sage Flavor
- 2 Cups Milk
- Cooking Spray
- Mashed Potatoes
- Brown Gravy
- Muffin Pan
- Mixing Bowl
- Frosting Bag
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together the ground beef, stuffing mix, and milk, until completely mixed.
- Spray the muffin pan with the cooking spray.
- Press the meatloaf mix into each muffin hole, filling to the top.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Put the mashed potatoes in a frosting bag and cut off the tip.
- Place the meatloaf cupcake on a plate and place the mashed potatoes on top like frosting.
- Pour the gravy over the top.
- Add the peas like sprinkles and place them around the plate.
I could eat taco soup any day of the week and twice on Sunday. It is one of my favorite things to make and one of my favorite things to eat. I have shared the recipe with anyone that wants it and will make it for anyone that asks. One of the key ingredients is a great ground beef, and the ground beef from Beauty and the Beef is downright amazing.
