The recipes are easy to follow. The intermittent fasting seemed to be a little hard in the beginning, but once I stopped thinking about it, it just happened naturally. I love the foods that I am making for my body now, and I love the way I feel.

Getting The Family On Board

Getting my family to do this new lifestyle change with me will be the key to sticking to this diet. I’ve started cooking a lot of meals in the slow cooker or pressure cooker. This really helps me out, and they are loving the food without even realizing it is healthy.

The Hardest Part Is Behind Me

Snacks in the evening was always my hardest thing to avoid. After reading Always Eat After 7PM, I realized that eating in the evening was actually going to help me concur my diet woes.

I have tried numerous diets, a lot of them just don’t work for me because of my Thyroid condition and having Hashimoto’s disease. Being pre-diabetic is also a great reason to diet and get healthy. Always Eat After 7PM has been a wealth of information, and a great diet for me. I am excited to continue it and see how much more it does for me. As for how I have done, well, I have lost 7 lbs so far, but the biggest part of this diet, is that I feel so much better. Energy is there that hasn’t been there in a long time, and I am actually sleeping better.
