Ground Flaxseed

This works great for bread and muffins. It does add a banana flavor, of course, so be sure to use it in items that complement the banana flavor.

This is the liquid inside your can of chickpeas.

Silkin Tofu
This is best used for sauces and mayonnaise. But can also be a great substitute for eggs in your baked goods like brownies. Just mix it with your favorite neutral oil.
Heavy Cream
This works great as an egg substitute. It adds plenty of moisture to your baked goods and works great in place of an egg wash.
Coconut Cream
If you are looking for a dairy-free substitute, try using coconut cream.
